Our Nurse Practitioner (NP) clinic provides FREE regular prenatal and postnatal care for women and care for infants and children up to six years who do not have a health care provider OR do not have OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan) coverage. Our Nurse Practitioner (NP) can assess, diagnose, and treat common health conditions, as well as provide a number of other services including:
- Healthy lifestyle counselling, including mental health promotion.
- Wellness care, including immunizations.
- Well-baby checks.
- Consultation with other health care providers.
- Referrals to specialists, community programs and support services.
