Do you have questions about immunization in childhood or pregnancy?

The SickKids Immunization InfoLine offers families the opportunity to book phone consultations with a specially trained nurse where they can ask questions about immunizations offered during childhood and pregnancy in a secure and non-judgmental environment. All Ontario families are welcome to book free phone consultations anytime on their website. Real-time multi-language translation is available for the phone consultations, as needed.

Your Child’s immunization Record

WECHU maintains immunization records for all children in schools in the area. You can update your child’s immunization records or apply for an exemption.

Immunization requirements for school

Students are required to provide proof of vaccinations against certain diseases in order to attend school. If proof is not provided students can be suspended from school.

School Immunization clinics

Every year, students in grade 7 have the opportunity to be immunized for free against hepatitis B, meningococcal disease and HPV at school. Consents and fact sheets can be found here.
