Life After Fifty (LAF) 

LAF is a membership based active living centre for older adults that provides people ages 50 and over with a variety of programs, services, and opportunities to be social, active and well!


Can-Am Indian Friendship Centre - Urban Indigenous Healthy Living Program

The Urban Aboriginal Healthy Living Program (UAHLP) was designed to increase participation of Urban Aboriginal people in sport, physical fitness activities, recreation, and other health promotion programs that promote healthy lifestyle behaviours.


Bike Windsor Essex 

Bike Windsor Essex provides a variety of programs for anyone interested in biking from beginner’s cycling classes (ages 16+ and over), to D.I.Y. bike repair classes and resources and community rides to explore your community.


Italian Canadian HandiCapable Association (ICHA) 

ICHA is a non-profit, charitible organization offering social and sporting activities to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities across Windsor and Essex County. 


Victoria Order of Nurses (VON) SMART Program (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together)

SMART is a research and evidence based exercise prevention program for older provided by VON Erie St. Clair under the direction of the ESC LHIN and the Ministry of Health. SMART, an hour-long exercise class is facilitated by a certified senior fitness instructor who has been trained to the standards of both VON Canada and the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging, University of Western Ontario. SMART is offered at no charge to participants.


Windsor Essex Community Health Centre (weCHC)

The WeCHC  is a community Health Centre that supports the health and wellness of  vulnerable populations in Windsor-Essex County. Some of the programs include the Chronic Disease and Our Aging Home programs.  Their Chronic Disease program provides a variety of services aimed to assist individuals to better manage their own health, keeping people healthy and active, and living at home.  The Aging At Home program offers education, exercise, self-management skills, ongoing support and resource navigation for individuals living with chronic diseases.


Sandwich Teen Action Group (STAG)

Sandwich Teen Action Group, (STAG) STAG, is a community based non-profit organization responding to the needs of youth in Windsor-Essex County. They offer a wide variety of after school programming for community youth between the ages of 13 and 19 years.
