This form is for organizers of PRIVATE EVENTS that are limited to invited guests only, are not publicly advertised and there is no intent to gain or profit from the sale of liquor at the event. This includes events such as wedding receptions, private parties and celebrations that must meet certain requirements of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) to obtain a "Special Occasions Permit" for the serving of alcohol in specified areas.
