Self-Care Tips for Managing Stress and Anxiety

During these times, it is important to prioritize self-care whether you are working from home or in the workplace. Below are some useful tips and resources for maintaining your well-being and psychological health.

  • Challenge worried or anxious thoughts and accept fear and anxiety is normal in these uncertain times. Use grounding techniques such as meditating, deep breathing to cope.
  • Try to structure your day.
  • Stay balanced.
  • Build 20-30 minutes of exercise into your day.
  • Limit blue light exposure before bed.
  • Take a nature walk.
