This document provides answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the ISPA enforcement process. Topics range from general immunization questions to information about immunization records and how to report immunizations to the Health Unit. School Administrators can refer to this document when answering ISPA-related questions from families. This document can also be printed and given to families as a resource. This resource is available in English and French.

Immunization Notice Letter

This is the first letter that parents and guardians received informing them that the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit had incomplete records of their child’s immunizations. This letter provided guidance to parents/guardians in order to avoid enforcement actions under the ISPA.
