The Windsor-Essex County Fall Prevention Committee has the vision/goal to reduce the risk and impact of falls among older adults within the City of Windsor and Essex County. The committee that is made up of city-wide and county-wide interagency representatives from community groups, government, education, safety associations, businesses and the general community (i.e., volunteer rep.) has been meeting since March 2017. The group meets as appropriate, working towards set objectives. This is an open group with voluntary participation.
