January 22nd is Bell Let’s Talk Day. This day promotes awareness, acceptance, and action to create positive change in mental health.


What resources are available to support students’ mental health?

The School Mental Health Ontario website also provides a range of  resources such as the Wayfinder guide that provides curriculum based mental health literacy lessons, activities, resources and tips to improve mental health in your classroom.
