Review the Video Submission Checklist to make sure you have everything you need before you submit.

All participants must submit a permission form. Students under the age of 18 must submit a completed parent/guardian permission form. Permission form can be submitted in one of the following ways:

  1. Download form then upload the completed form when submitting your video entry.
  2. Have your parent/guardian complete the Permission Form online.
  3. Students who are 18 or older can complete the Permission Form online.
  4. Upload the completed Permission Form online.
