In 2005, the Ontario Government passed the Accessibility for Ontarian with Disabilities Act (AODA), which requires that Ontario be an accessible province by 2025. 

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) is provincial legislation created with the purpose of developing, implementing and enforcing accessibility related to goods, services, facilities, accommodation, employment, and buildings, on or before January 1, 2025.

WECHU administers mandated public health programs to keep our community healthy. Depending on an individual’s relationship with us and how they interact with us, the specific personal information or personal health information that we collect, use and disclose and the related purposes varies.
